Level 1 - Beginners, no previous experience required
Level 2 - Intermediate, 2-4 months previous experience minimum
Level 3 - Intermediate, 6-8 months previous experience minimum
Level 4 - Advanced, minimum 1 year of previous experience
Level 5 - Advanced, 1½-2 years of previous experience
Stretch 1 - Recommended for beginners. Grants necessary knowledge on how to stretch the legs in a correct and efficient way.
Stretch 2 - Continued focus on splits but at a faster pace. Requires that you've taken Stretch 1 or have previous experience of dance/gymnastics/similar.
Stretch 3 - Advanced stretching class. When you've acquired adequate and well developed leg mobility and would like to move on to more advanced backbends/balances.
Core - 60 min. Suitable for all levels. Improves upper body strength, which you'll benefit from on the pole and other forms of dance.
Classes with Flore is held in English.
