The address is Sveavägen 111. This address has 3 doors, ours is the one in the middle: glass door with white bars.

All participants should wear comfortable clothes suitable for training. No shoes. You should rather wear pants or 3/4 pants rather than shorts. If your class is 2 hours it may be wise to bring water and wrist bands.
Do you have a dressing room and shower?
We have a large dressing room and a toilet, however we do not have a shower. The group has approximately 15 minutes, respectively, before and after the class to change.
We are following a specific theme, can the music during class reflect that?
Certainly! All wishes regarding music are more than welcome. The more specific, the better.
Can we should up earlier than our booked time?
It's fine to show up a bit earlier to change clothes. 10-15 min are suggested. Remember that if you show up earlier there's a good chance that another activity is using the studio.

Is there something else we might need to know?
Remember that this is a physical and straining activity. Even if it's a day of celebration participants should not have been drinking alcohol before the course. Due to safety reasons we reserve the right to deny a person who is under influence of alcohol.
